Earlier this year Trend Micro announced Technical Helpdesk services for its
Worry-Free range of products targeted at Small & Medium Businesses (SMBs) in India.
The helpdesk service provides free phone and email support during business hours to
all licensed small business customers and resellers. For a nominal fee, customers
can also avail of onsite support.

The activities covered under Free Installation include scanning the network for
viruses, virus clean up and installation of the product with current patch updates.

The Free Installation Support is available in 44 locations including Ahmedabad,
Aurangabad, Bangalore, Baroda, Bhopal, Bhuvaneshwar, Calicut, Chandigarh, Chennai,
Cochin, Coimbatore, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Goa, Guwahati, Haridwar, Hubli, Hyderabad,
